Membership is for one year from date of registration (this can be reviewed for non-payment) and the fee charged is as detailed on the website and subject to an annual review and change. Membership is per organisation not per individual.

Annual renewal of membership

Organisations will be contacted by email one month before their expiry date to confirm their agreement to renew and then payment actioned as per previous year unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of membership

The membership of the Information Hub remains with the organisation and not with the individual.

If the organisation cancels after 1 month from date of registration then no refund will be given.

If St Christopher’s cancels the service – all organisations will receive a refund pro rate for each full unused month of their contract.
